Do I need to be concerned about my current employer finding out I’m exploring within the Elite Talent platform?

No, only AgCareers.com can access Elite Talent to review and connect with talent members. We will always connect with you prior to sharing your information with any company to seek approval. You can also inform us if there are specific companies that you are not interested in employment with.

How do I find jobs within Elite Talent?

You can login to your account and do a quick keyword search, advanced search, or look at the new openings at the bottom of your dashboard. AgCareers.com will also regularly send an update of all new Elite Talent job opportunities to you via email. Plus, when a job is posted that matches your desires, we’ll reach out directly to inform you.

How will these notifications come?

Both regular notifications and specific opportunity notifications will come by email. You can also select within your profile to receive text notifications. You can setup a text notification easily by updating your profile.

What do I do if I’m interested in a job on the site or that I’ve been notified about?

Simply apply! Your profile, assuming that you have a resume attached, will streamline this process. If you do not have your resume within your profile, we would strongly encourage you to do so. You can include this by updating your profile. You also will have the choice to attach your resume through the process. Keep in mind, some employers will redirect you to their website to complete your application. Also, once you’ve applied, obviously your confidentiality has been relinquished.

How do I access the Career Resource Library?

The Career Resources Library can be access from the Quick Links section on your dashboard or the top drop-down menu. Resources have been categorized in the various stages of career transition. Videos, articles and infographics are all available. Check back frequently as new material is regularly added.

How do I access the compensation reports?

Similar to the Career Resources Library, compensation reports can be found under Compensation Information in the Quick Links section or from the top dropdown menu. Once you are within this section, you will need to read and agree to the terms of use. From there you can use the drop-down menu to select the role(s) you are most interested in. Keep in mind, that you may only run two reports annually.

Why do I only get 2 compensation reports?

Due to the proprietary nature of this data, we have deemed that only two reports can be made available. Also, this content is updated annually, so new reports should be accessed each year. Once a report has been pulled, you will be able to access that same report throughout the remainder of the year by visiting this section, using the Select Position drop-down menu and selecting the role again.

What do I do if I’m not longer exploring a career move?

Congratulations! Hopefully you’ve successfully made the transition. Keep your account! You can continue to be a member of the Elite Talent community and use the valuable resources. Just inform us that you are no longer interested in exploring opportunities and will discontinue our outreach to you.
