WORKSHOP BACKGROUND

During the Inaugural 2003 Ag HR Roundtable over 100 Ag Industry HR and University professionals discussed the demand for minority talent within our industry. Many participants have since requested a “deeper look” into how to adopt and execute effective strategies to overcome the obstacles that exist relative to this issue. AgCareers.com (Jobhog.net) therefore has researched and identified a program that will prove to be of value to employers looking to address these issues.

Each area is important in shaping our attitudes toward diversity.
