Regional Sales Manager, Alberta

As a strong coach and developer of people, you will lead 8 business reps to implement marketing plans and achieve sales targets for all brands in your region. Exciting new products recently launched and in their growth phase include (Viper®, TENSILE™ and HEADLINE®) as well as two new active ingredients for 2010.

You are known as a planner and strategist, with strong analytical skills who exhibits business acumen, innovative thinking and effective implementation. The successful candidate for this role will have initiative and can elicit support for his/her ideas.

Experience in Agri-business is essential and should include sales/territory management, product management, key accounts, and sales management. In building your career, you have not only maintained, but have strengthened and developed new relationships with customers. You understand their business issues and what drives their decisions.

A university degree is required in either agriculture or business.
