POSITION PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to deliver outstanding service which exceeds customer expectations. The Tax Support Specialist inputs external customers’ financial data, provides data entry help and various administrative support duties. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: A two-year accounting degree or equivalent experience is required. One to two years experience in accounting, tax or related field. Also required are strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills as well as knowledge and use of computer applications. The incumbent should have a solid understanding of tax and accounting products and services. Agricultural background preferred. DIMENSION AND DECISION MAKING: This position reports to the Tax Lead – Senior Tax Consultant. The position operates within the Financial Services team. This position involves a close partnering relationship with Tax Consultants and other support team members. This position reports to the Tax Lead – Senior Tax Consultant. INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS: Most significant contacts within the organization include other tax and accounting personnel. Contacts outside the organization include tax and accounting customers. In all contacts, the incumbent is expected to present a professional image of Badgerland Financial. A high level of confidentiality is also expected to be upheld in this position. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide professional accurate, timely and quality support to team members and Badgerland Financial members as evidenced by: - Customer Satisfaction

- Scanning and mailing of client’s information
- Assisting with collating tax returns. Assembling all the returns for federal and state, assembling the client copy, and utilizing Document Management system for all office copies
- Completing W-2/1099’s. Processing, mailing, and ubmitting of all client W-2’s and 1099’s
