QUALIFICATIONS:
***Must have at least 5 years management experience in the Construction, Erection and Service functions of the Grain Handling industry*** Must have desire to reside in rural community in Nebraska. This is a full-time position with a solid Ag Construction Employer. You will be home most evenings. Ability to motivate and lead a crew of employees. Ability to effectively interact with other managers and to implement a coordinated plan covering scheduling, purchasing, installation and service activities. Ability to climb and provide hands-on leadership required. Ability to manage the purchasing process to meet field needs of the business. Strong leadership and communication skills a must. High level of precision and attention to detail required. Ability to analyze specifications, blue prints, take offs, erection manuals and other documents.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an experienced Millwright Foreman for a Solid Midwestern Agricultural Construction Employer. Position requires hands-on erection of grain handling equipment. Climbing involved.
Core responsibilities will be to:
Oversee/direct installations and field operations in an ongoing work environment Assist in planning, scheduling and tracking job activities Oversee all purchases necessary to job activities Direct all interviewing, hiring, training and evaluating of millwright personnel and crane operators in the construction and erection of agricultural buildings, farm and commercial grain storage, grain handling, drying and conditioning equipment Provide equipment and tool maintenance service.
This individual will have solid leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail and customer service. This individual will desire living and working in a low cost of living, rural Midwestern environment in a long-term employment relationship. Employer will also consider someone with lesser experience who is trainable at a lesser salary.
