Extremely aggressive and professional Agronomy and Grain retailer is looking to hire the best of the best. If you consider yourself to be in the top 5% of Sales Agronomist and can manage a $5M book of business or larger, they are ready to pay you for those skills. The company is looking for aggressive and technically sound sales agronomist candidates that can work in the Caroll, IA area or North and East of there.
To the company, attitude, drive, ambition and a desire to do things in a highly professional manner is important. They would like to hire experience, but if you have the right attitude and drive, they will consider training and helping a recent college grad to grow into the role.
The company is building compensation packages to pay for the top talent and will include a good benefits package and profit sharing plan. The Sales Agronomist will play a key part on a customer delivery team and will not be required to do any application, delivery or maintenance. The teams supporting the seller are highly trained and capable of delivering on any sale that is completed.
