Sales & Marketing Person

Incotec is the world-wide leader in adding value to seed and other starter 
materials through various seed and coating technology methods. Incotec is
active in the horticultural, agricultural and flower markets.

Incotec Australia, based in Seaford , Victoria, is seeking a salesperson to 
join our division. In this role you will be responsible for building strong 
working relationships with key clients with a focus on achieving sales targets. 
You will also be responsible for introducing and pulling through new products 
into the market.

Key competencies for the role are:

• Thorough agronomy background, agricultural/business qualification preferred
• Extensive working knowledge of the agricultural and horticultural markets
• A proven track record in a sales environment – Able to set and achieve sales budgets
• Ability to organize trials with new materials and clients, gathering information to be 
  used as key selling tools
• Be prepared to be part of a worldwide sales team
• Be able to explore new market opportunities
• Must be prepared to travel intra/interstate and overseas
• Be a problem solver with excellent communication/reporting skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Self motivated with the ability to set priorities and multitask to produce 
  effective results
• Current drivers license
• Be a practical thinker.

The successful applicant will be required to work from the Seaford office.
