PRODUCTION MANAGER
West Melbourne Location

We are passionate about our customers striving to always provide 
exceptional quality and executing orders accurately and on time.

We are seeking hands on full time Production Manager to lead our 
team in the Melbourne warehouse. The position focuses on staff 
productivity, quality control, inventory management and the final 
responsibility that every order is delivered on time.

The role is integral to building the brand and business in Melbourne 
through ensuring excellent quality and service of all products.

Primary responsibilities of the position are:

• Ensuring flower quality is in line with Roses Only standards
• Daily communication with the buyer on stock levels and quality
• Oversee all customer orders leaving the warehouse
• Management of the production team
• Monitoring of all perishable and non perishable stock levels
• Production costs, including cost of goods sold and wages

Ideal experience and skills would be:

• Floristry or Retail Horticultural background preferred
• Management experience with proven ability to lead, train and 
  develop staff
• Enthusiastic, energetic and hard working
• Solid computer skills – word and excel

This position requires a person who is mature, well organised, has an 
eye for detail, is proactive and has excellent communication skills. It 
is a hands-on role, within a family business, where you will be a direct 
contributor to the growth of the business. The position is required to 
work a rotating roster of early starts (7am) and Saturdays
