E. Bourassa & Sons Ltd. is currently seeking a SERVICE MANAGER. 
This is a permanent, full time career opportunity that is located in Weyburn, SK. You will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for efficiently managing and directing all aspects of the Service Department operations. 

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: 
- Previous Service Manager experience 
- Agricultural background 
- Problem solving abilities 
- Ability to handle a diversity of tasks 
- Willingness to handle unpredictable schedules and new learning 
- A mechanical aptitude and interest in learning beyond the immediate situation 
- Excellent communication skills are important as writing and speaking will occur with technical and non-technical people 
- Strong time management and priority allocation skills
