The Monsanto Customer Operations Specialist will utilize excellent verbal and written communications skills to create and maintain strong customer relationships; ensure order accuracy and timely, scheduled deliveries; and assist with issue resolution relating to customer orders, inquiries and concerns.
Customer Operation Specialists will have an opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment where they will be focused on providing exceptional service and account management to Monsanto Seed customers as well as the Monsanto Seed Sales teams.
Responsibilities:
• Order Management: Includes Customers phone inquiries, resolution of the dealers account discrepancies and paperwork associated with our customer's accounts.
• Delivery setup: Documentation of key delivery standards and managing to delivery targets set.
• Seed Customer Support: Create strong relationships with dealers and Monsanto field sales to help manage objectives.
• Programs: Strong working knowledge of Monsanto programs to help make Customers aware of upcoming program deadlines and ensure maximization of their potential to earnings.
• Communication/Team Skills: Building strong relationships with both our internal and external customers by proactively communicating and being involved with teams.
• BA/BS in Business, Agriculture or related field is preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Customer Focus: Dedicated to understanding customers' expectations by gaining first hand information and using it to earn the Number One Position with Monsanto.
• Task Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and processing a high volume of work in a fast paced environment; displays strong organizational skills and possesses flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Results Orientation: Places high priority on achieving targeted business results and persistence when facing challenges.
• Communication: Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaboration: Works effectively in a team environment in resolving issues and producing results.
