Farmers Union Oil Co. Rugby ND is seeking a CEO / General Manager. This diverse supply cooperative with 3 locations including retail petroleum, bulk petroleum, farm equipment, retail hardware, bulk propane, full service agronomy including a 16K ton dry plant with custom application.. This successful cooperative has annual sales of $45 million. 

Position Overview: 
This position requires an understanding of, finance, budgeting, planning, business process controls. Preferred candidates should have understanding of DC&H accounting system as well as good supervisory, public relations, risk management with DPR, and organizational skills to manage the total operation. The successful candidate will work extensively with the management team and a local board of directors. 

The ideal candidate must be able to make decisions and work independently. The incumbent must be detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Deadline for applications is November 28th, 2009 

Basic Qualifications: 
Preferred 2 or 4 Degree in Agriculture or Business Three years of General Manager experience
