Responsibilities

·         Assist in the planting, maintaining, evaluating, and harvest of small plot and field scale  trials

·         Accurately enter and manage research data

·         Manage field research trials for canola, corn and soybeans.

·         Manage data from market development programs

·         Assist with tours at key demonstration site

Hours

·         Flexible

·         Some evening and weekend work required

·         Agriculture Degree or Diploma student or graduate

·         Highly motivated with the ability to work independently

·         Strong organization and time management skills

·         Strong communication skills

·         Willingness to accept responsibility

·         Good understanding of agronomic practices

·         Basic mechanical skills; ability to operate farm machinery

·         Farm background is an asset
