QUALIFICATIONS: - Total of 3 Summer Positions available; 2 Positions available where French is not required, and 1 Bilingual position required.
- Experience (working towards agriculture degree/diploma and/or grew up on a farm and/or have agricultural work experience) is an asset.
- Adept at working with a variety of computer programs and systems and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Service oriented, energetic and self-confident, with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task, takes pride in attention to detail and has a willingness to get involved with all aspects of the business.
- Able to work shifts in order to cover different time zones during the May to August product use season.
- Some agricultural field experience would be a bonus.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide technical advice on Crop Protection products, programs and service offerings over the telephone to customers across Canada.
- Build and preserve customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain client knowledge base.
- Fulfilment of client marketing tactics (inbound calls, outbound calls, data entry, fax, e-mail).
- Organizing and co-ordinating projects and processes.
