Regional Sales Manager- Companion Animal

Our Client, one of Australia’s major Animal Health Companies is 
seeking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager. This is a great 
opportunity to join a leader in the Companion Animal Health Field.

Reporting to the Business Unit Director of Companion Animal you 
will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to deliver
on regional sales and operational objectives. Being a member of the 
companion animal business unit leadership team you will drive strategy,
build strong customer support and alliances to identify and capture new
business opportunities.

To be successful in this role you will have strong business acumen and a 
drive for outstanding results. Your proven track record in achieving sales
objectives in a sales management capacity complemented with your passion
to develop individual and sales team capabilities to drive success in the teams
is essential. Your exceptional communication skills to articulate business direction 
clearly and effectively and across all levels of the business are a must for the 
successin this role.

Experience and knowledge of the companion animal health or related industry will 
be an advantage. The position is based in Melbourne and will require leading the 
southern region sales team within Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.
