Your new role as Project Manager / Farm Manager is with an established 
Pearling Company. You will have primary responsibility for ensuring the 
efficient, safe and harmonious operation of the Alyui Bay project with the 
goal of achieving best quality pearls through the adherence to best practice 
pearl farming technique as developed by the Company.

Working closely with the Pearl Production Manager you will delegate responsibility
for carrying out farm jobs and will be responsible for all outcomes. The position is 
a rotation of 12 weeks on and 4 weeks off duty however this is subject to flexibility. 
The cost of your home flights accommodation and meal expenses whilst on duty are
also met by the Employer.

You may not and nor is it essential to be from the pearling industry however you 
will have excellent Project Management and People Management experience. This 
is combined with your sound technical and mechanical abilities. You may be from 
an engineering background or similar where excellence in Project / Operations 
Management is essential. You must be prepared to learn to speak Bahasa and interact 
with both expats and with the local people and understand and respect their culture.

The salary is AUS $120K - AUS$150K (on Indonesian Tax Rates) plus flights, 
meals and accommodation.
