Novariant’s division in Europe has an immediate opening for a Service Manager. As part of a small but growing team, you will be tasked with building the customer service side of the business. Your top priority will be excellent customer service to Novariant’s Europe-based clients.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Coordinating the interface between the AutoFarm division, the distributors and OEMs with regards to all related service activities;
• Interacting with AutoFarm dealer/distributors and OEMs to identify technical product issues, provide solutions and making contributions to a knowledge base;
• Developing documentation on complex technical issues and solutions;
• Developing and providing training and guidance to new distributors;
• Traveling to dealer/distributor and customer sites to provide technical support and drive customer satisfaction (50 to 70% travel required);
• Providing testing results and feedback to software development and QA teams;
• Supporting engineering in the development and introduction of new products for the European market.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Engineering/Technology discipline;
• Advanced English communication skills (speaking, reading and writing);
• Additional European languages a distinct advantage (German, French, Spanish or Italian)
• 3 years of experience in customer service or managing OEM and Distributor Service activities;
• Previous training and/or product support experience;
• Excellent knowledge of Agriculture equipment products and applications;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general PC skills.
• Technical experience relating to diagnostics of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems is considered a plus.

• Authorization to work in the EU is required
• Residency in BeNeLux or Germany preferred
• Ability to travel within the EU 50-70% is also required.
