Laboratory~Quality Manager

• Exciting new position
• Expat Position 
• * NEW * Fractionation plant and extended laboratory being built in 2010

The successful applicant will ensure that all products and services meet customer 
requirements by the implementation and maintenance of the Company systems 
& procedures and by ensuring that products are appropriately tested prior to despatch.

There will be a strong auditing function including HACCP, Quality, Safety and Environmental 
standards with the aim of ensuring compliance and continual improvement.

The successful applicants will have the following attributes:

• A degree in pure science (Chemistry, Biology, Physics) or Food Science with a minimum of 
  3 years quality control experience in the food industry, preferable in the oil & fats or related
  industry
• Sound working knowledge of instrumental analytical techniques including experience of all aspects
  of lipid analysis and calibration of analytical equipment
• Firsthand experience of conducting quality and food safety audits, familiarity with BRC & ISO audit 
  requirements and training in HACCP procedures including experience of conducting HACCP audits.
