GRADUATE RESEARCH OFFICER
AUSTRALASIA Peracto is Australasia’s leading and fastest growing agricultural research company,
specialising in the practical application of new ideas and technologies in all aspects
of agriculture and related industries. We are committed to excellence in research
that is applied, practical and based on client needs. We are looking, throughout Australasia, to recruit highly motivated individuals wishing
to develop a career path in agriculture within our organisation. Peracto is offering a 12 month Graduate Development Program. You will be given the
opportunity to work beside experienced scientists and managers and also attend both
on and off the job training. There will be planned travel to different geographic regions
and significant interaction with clients and industry. Graduates may choose to be based
at one of several locations throughout Australasia. Graduates who successfully complete the program will move into permanent positions
with Peracto.In addition, international exchange programs with the northern hemisphere
may also be available. The position requires: - demonstrated initiative and common sense in adapting to a range of situations;
- the ability to pay close attention to detail;
- the ability to work with others as part of the research team.
Training will include: - planning and management of research projects;
- maintaining client contact and business development.;
- preparation of timely scientific reports for the research,
