Job Description:
Monsanto is seeking a highly motivated individual with the ability to work as a member of a multidiscilinary conversion team. Primary responsibilities are be a source for breeding technology sites in Brazil and LAS to understand quality management and assist in becoming ISO certified. The person will work with the teams at the site to identify processes and develop standard operating procedures (SOP's) or Best Practice Documents (BPD's). The person will audit functions at the sites and provide feedback to the site team. The person will work closely with the quality management team to increase communication and leverage quality control and safety initiatives. The person will also work with the team to assure regulatory guidelines are in place. The person will work with the site teams to perform GAP analyses. This person will participate and be part of the local team and will provide or facilitate training when necessary.



Required Skills:
BS degree in Agriculture or related field. Individual should have ability to understand and implement ISO and ESH policies. Experience working at a breeding site is desirable. Proficiency with software applications are critical. Individual must be results oriented, innovative, and have proven leadership and organizational ability. Individual must have demonstrated ability to write and speak Portuguese, Spanish and English fluently, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
