Please note that this position will work for a DS Crop Insurance Subagent. Basic Job Description – We need an independent, outgoing individual who will constantly strive to be number one. Successful applicants will be passionate about selling crop insurance to help area farmers manage revenue and production risks. Primary Job Duties: Sell crop insurance; Promote related grain marketing services; Guide producers through the creation and execution of marketing plans.

Job Requirements: College degree or related experience; Proven track record of sales success; Farming, insurance or grain marketing experience; Ability to work independently Min/Max Experience Requirement: 2-5 year’s experience in insurance, financing, or grain marketing desired.

Travel Requirement: Travel in a 50 mile radius of Carroll, IA is required.
