Job Description:
Urgent need to fill! The ideal candidate will be responsible for primary seed sales and will help mentor two less experienced seed sales staff. Five years' plus seed sales experience needed and will also do some crop protection/chemical and fertilizer sales. Excellent opportunity for "go-getter" personality type - must be motivated and driven - great company advancement opportunity. Reports to the Branch manager. Good already-established customer base. Decent salary + incentives + benefits package.

The Seed Salesperson responsibilities involve sales, service, reporting, inventory, safety and maintenance, and other duties as assigned by management.

Sales will involve assisting in establishing sales goals and developing and promoting a marketing plan, increasing sales of seed and agronomy products, making proper recommendations and applications of products sold, knowing prices of products and services, maintaining the current market share, and assisting in developing competitive marketing strategies.

The Seed Salesperson will maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the cooperative and a favorable image of the cooperative.

Education/Job Experience:
Five years' plus seed sales experience needed and will also do some crop protection/chemical and fertilizer sales.
